COVID-19 POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Skin Studio 226 for your skin and body care needs, we hope this message finds you and your loved ones well. We have updated the following policies to ensure we provide our clients with the quality service we are known for, as well as comply with COVID-19 regulations set forth by the CDC, OSHA and NYS.  The health and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority.

Payment

  • Full payment in advance is required for appointments scheduled.  Payments can be collected over the phone, paid thru our booking system or Zelle.  Should you upgrade your service or purchase retail at time of visit, we do accept credit/debit cards as well as Zelle.  If you have a voucher number or gift certificate, you must provide to schedule your appointment.  

Tardy Policy

  • Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals.  Please be on time to your appointment, if you are running late please call us to advise.  Clients arriving WITHIN 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment, can be provided their requested service BUT our therapist will modify to ensure appointments end as scheduled.  NO refunds or discounts will be given in these instances.  

  • Any clients arriving AFTER 15 minutes of their appointment will be rescheduled.  Please read our cancelation policy for more information.  

  • Early arrivals please wait in your car and text 516.229.1671 to advise your therapist you have arrived.  Arriving early to your appointment does not guarantee you will be seen sooner.


(Please keep in mind we operate by appointment ONLY. Appointments are confirmed the day before your service)

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Appointments cancelled due to sickness/under the weather/been around someone sick at any time before or at time of service, please notify us and we can rescheduled your appointment.  We do ask that your appointment be rescheduled 3wks after your original request to ensure you are without symptoms and minimize any possible exposure to staff.

  • Minimum notice of 24hr notice for cancellation is required.  Appointments cancelled during this timeframe can receive a full refund. 

  • If an emergency should arise the day of your appointment, please notify us ASAP and we will reschedule.  Should this be a reoccurrence, NO refund will be given and a new appointment should be scheduled/payment made to book.

  • If you DO NOT contact us or NO SHOW to your appointment, NO refund will be given and a new appointment should be scheduled/payment made to book.
